Céline Dion : When Pixels Disappear. ✨

Friday night in Paris, I lost count of the goosebumps..... ❤️

Céline’s voice, energy, and resilience, but also the remarkable creative direction by Montréal-born WilO Studio. 👏🙌👌

What I particularly appreciated was the coherence and maturity of his visual language, down to the smallest detaills.

A world where opera, ballet, brutalist architecture, and haute couture meet. Monumental structures, raw materials, understated elegance, and a distinctly cinematic aesthetic.
Even Céline’s hair, elegantly pulled back throughout the entire show, evokes the grace of a ballet dancer. And that sculptural black Alaïa corset during the encore! 🖤

This is a creative language that speaks to me. One where sophistication lives in the details, not in the need to impress.

The scenographic illusion is particularly well executed. The massive side screens extend the physical architecture so seamlessly that, at times, it becomes difficult to distinguish the real structures from their digital extensions.

The visual direction by Thibaut Grevet is equally refined. Exceptional cinematic imagery and beautifully crafted visual storytelling, particularly in the sequence leading into My Heart Will Go On.

And my favorite moment? The arrival of the choir! 🥹

It’s All Coming Back to Me Now, followed by the extraordinary Je chanterai. A beautifully staged moment that completely transforms the energy in the arena. An incredible sense of collective emotion.

What stands out most about this production is the precision of its creative choices and the coherence of the entire experience. When scenography, imagery, lighting, fashion, and music share a single creative intention, everything becomes more powerful.

Hearing 35,000 people singing Pour que tu m’aimes encore in unison… that’s a collective goosebump moment that's hard to put into words..... 🥹

And what a moment of Québec pride, seeing Céline and the creative talent from home shine so brightly in Paris! ⚜️❤️
